Majestic’s Innovative Approach to Window Cleaning

Here at Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning, we’ve been in the window cleaning business for a long time now. In fact, we’ve been cleaning windows for the good folk in towns like Melville, Huntington and Dix Hills since all the way back in 1998, when Bill Clinton was president, and the Knicks were actually a good basketball team! We’ve learnt a heck of a lot about the window cleaning industry during those two decades, as you can probably imagine. There are a few things that we’ve always focused on bringing to our clients. These include attention to detail, great customer service, and sheer reliability (in terms of simply showing up on time, and delivering consistent results). There is one big aspect of window cleaning that we didn’t appreciate when we started out, however, and we’re guessing that most of you guys don’t either. Seeing as it’s such an old profession, the temptation is to see window cleaning as static; as an industry which surely can’t be evolving. You just… clean the windows, right?! Well, in actual fact, that’s far from the case. Window cleaning actually sees a level of constant progress that may surprise you; it certainly surprised us, in the early days. There are frequent jumps forward in both the techniques and the technology that’s being used. Many window cleaning companies – including those operating here in Long Island – are content to simply sit back, and keep doing what they’re used to doing. Accordingly, they keep on getting the same old results. There’s nothing “wrong” with that, exactly, but that’s just not how we’re built here at Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning. We’re an ambitious bunch, and we’re always striving to better ourselves. Accordingly, we’ve always tried to stay right on the forefront of the innovations in our field. One of the biggest examples of this in recent years is our adoption of pure water cleaning. The water we use, when we implement this technique, has actually been de-ionised and generally purified. The chemical-free nature of the water means that the windows can dry naturally, with no unappealing streaks remaining. They also stay cleaner for longer, because no detergent residue is left behind. Pretty impressive, right? But wait, there’s more! The benefits of this approach come not just from the water itself, but how the water is delivered. When we implement pure water cleaning, we actually do it via a lengthy, lightweight “water fed pole”. This allows us to get to every window on your home, no matter how tricky it might seem to reach, or how supposedly-inaccessible it was back in the ladder-and-bucket days. Pure water window cleaning, delivered via a water-fed pole, really has changed our business. It’s allowed us to deliver even better, and even more consistent results to the people of Huntington, Melville and Dix Hills, than ever before. If we’d simply rested on our laurels, and kept on following the same processes, we never would have achieved this. That is why it’s so important to be innovative, and constantly looking to improve, even in the window cleaning industry. Whether you’re based in Dix Hills, Huntington, Melville or elsewhere in Long Island, we’d love to apply our innovative approach to your windows too.
