6 Exterior Cleaning Projects You Should Tackle This Weekend

Does the exterior of your home need some love? Whether it’s the end of summer or the beginning of spring, there’s never a bad time of the year to clean the exterior of your home. Today, we’re explaining 6 exterior cleaning projects you can tackle this weekend.

1) Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is more than just an effective exterior cleaning strategy: it’s also a lot of fun. There’s something satisfying about wiping away the grime of a Long Island winter from your sidewalk, garage, or deck. The best part about pressure washing is that you can clean virtually everything using your pressure washer – from RVs to concrete. Rent a pressure washer or buy one from your local hardware store.

2) Clean All Your Windows

It’s time to get your ladder. If you live in a multi-story home, then you may struggle to clean your higher windows. Unfortunately, your upper-level windows get dirty, too. Some people go on their roof to clean upper floor exterior windows. Others use a ladder, or reach out from the inside of their home (which can be dangerous). It might be easier for the professionals to handle things. Contact Long Island’s Majestic Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing for a fast and free quote on window cleaning on Long Island.

3) Maintain Your Door

Your door is the first thing people see when they walk up to your house. Some doors welcome guests. Others turn them away. What does your door say to visitors? There are all sorts of ways to maintain your door and clean your exterior, including:
  • Refinish your door, giving it a fresh coat of paint and a brand new appearance
  • Replace your threshold
  • Wipe down the exterior and interior
  • Repair a damaged doorjamb

4) Clean your Roof and Gutters

Cleaning your roof and gutters might not seem like a big deal. However, a clean roof and functioning gutters will have a significant impact on the exterior of your home in the future. They keep mess away from the sides of your home – so the next time you pressure wash or clean your windows, you won’t have to work as hard. With that in mind, get a ladder and shovel mess out of your gutters. This is particularly important during storm season. Your gutters can quickly overflow. This doesn’t just create a mass – but it can also direct water towards the foundation of your home, where it can cause significant damage.

5) Start Painting

Painting is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to enhance the curb appeal of your home. If your home’s exterior is starting to look worn-down, then it’s time to add some polish with a can of exterior paint. You can expect to pay $25 to $30 for a gallon of exterior paint. Paint your door, your window trim, your shutters, and anything else that’s starting to look worn-down. Even if your home is relatively new, a cracked, faded paint job can make it look ancient.

6) Seal your Driveway

You’ve already pressure washed your driveway. Now, it’s time to make sure you don’t have to pressure wash your driveway for a long time. The best way to do that is to apply waterproof sealer, which will prevent future stains. Use an extender pole with a paint roller handle to quickly apply sealant across your driveway. Start in the middle of the driveway and roll the sealer to all edges of the concrete. Wait 24 hours before you park on the surface again. By following the tips above, you can instantly beautify your home’s exterior. And remember, if you need a little extra help, don’t hesitate to call the team of exterior cleaning experts at Long Island’s Majestic Windows & Exterior Cleaning.

3 Simple Tips to Make Window Washing Easier

Washing windows doesn’t have to be hard. Sure, it may look like an intimidating project. But when you implement a few window cleaning tips, you can make a hard job easy. Today, we’re teaching you the best tips professionals use to make window washing look easy.

Pre-Treat your Windows

If you haven’t cleaned your windows in a while, then you can probably see a layer of grime on the outside of your windows. If you immediately start scrubbing with window cleaning solution and a paper towel, then you’re going to use an excessive amount of fluid. Instead, do a quick pre-treat using a homemade solution. You’re going to need a few tablespoons of a high-quality dish detergent and a full half gallon of water. If you want to make your homemade cleaning solution extra powerful, then add a tablespoon of Jet-Dry or a similar formula to the mix. Next, take any ordinary garden hose and spray down your windows. Then, dip a sponge or brush into your bucket of homemade cleaning solution and wipe the mixture onto your windows. This is the crucial part: before the cleaning solution has time to dry, rinse it away using your hose. Make sure the soap and dirt have been cleared away from your windows. That’s it! Your windows should look fresh and clean. If you need extra treatment in certain spots, take your ordinary window cleaner (or a slightly more diluted combination of your homemade mixture) and spot treat a few areas. If you still see stains and marks after this step, use the vinegar solution we mention in the next step to spot treat additional stains.

Know How to Fix Hard Water Stains

Many garden hoses use hard water – not soft water. Hard water can leave white spots on your windows after they dry. These stains are surprisingly stubborn, and can be very annoying to remove. To fix this problem, make a combination of white vinegar and water (50/50). Place it in a spray bottle (if you have a spare one), or just rub it onto your windows with a soft towel. The vinegar will cut through the hard water stain quite easily. For extra effectiveness, spray the vinegar/water combination, then squeegee the surface of the window. This can be more effective for clearing away the hardened layers of caked-on hard water.

Take Time to Polish the Interior of your Windows

So you spent all afternoon outside cleaning the exterior of your windows, but they still look dirty from the inside of your home. That’s because you need to spend a bit more time cleaning your interior windows. You can make your own green window cleaning solution by mixing a cup of rubbing alcohol with one cup of water and one tablespoon of vinegar. Put your concoction in a spray bottle, and you’ll find that it works way better than any ordinary bottle of Windex or household cleaner. Once you’ve sprayed the solution onto your windows, use your squeegee to clean the mixture away. Use side-to-side motions or S-motions to wipe the solution away. After each pass, dry the squeegee blade with a lint-free cloth.

Clean Like the Professionals

Want to clean your windows as quickly as possible? Here are some of the hottest tips from New York’s best window cleaners:
  • Instead of using paper towels, use microfiber cloths (or at least a soft rag); they’re more durable than paper towels, and can be used to scrub stubborn spots without leaving any lint behind
  • Invest in window cleaning equipment like a squeegee and window washers with telescoping handles; you’ll spend $30 to $50 today, but have professional window cleaning equipment for a lifetime
  • Save time by ordering professional window cleanings from Long Island’s Majestic Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing; owned and operated locally on Long Island, Majestic will clean your windows as quickly and thoroughly as possible – and at a reasonable rate
By following the tips above, you can clean windows faster and more professionally than ever before!

Pressure Washing

Our Best Pressure Washing Tips, Tricks, and Techniques

Article Updated on August 31st 2023
Pressure washing looks straightforward. However, there’s a big difference between good and bad pressure washing. Today, we’re explaining the best tips, tricks, and techniques to help you pressure wash like a professional.

How to Wash Like a Pro: Tips and Tricks

Sure, you could fire up the pressure washer and start blasting at every piece of grime you see but there’s a smarter way to pressure wash. Follow the tips below to see how the professional pressure washers do it.
  • Spend time preparing the area before you pressure wash; sweep dirt, dust, and debris away from the surface otherwise, you’re just going to make a mess and it’s going to take longer to clean your driveway
  • When cleaning most hard surfaces, use 4 to 6g GPM (gallons per minute) at 2,000 to 3000 PSI (pounds per square inch); this is considered to be medium pressure by most commercial contractors
  • The only exception to this pressure rule is when cleaning wood or other “softer” surfaces, in which case you should use 500 to 2,000 psi
  • Consider testing a piece of wood with your pressure washer before you begin washing, especially if you’re unsure about the PSI; find a spare piece of lumber, or flip the board over to see how your pressure washer affects the surface
  • You have more options than just sandblasting; if sandblasting is too expensive, or the sand is too harsh, consider “soda blasting”, where you use baking soda as a softer, environmentally-friendly alternative to sandblasting

Choosing the Perfect Nozzle

Choosing a nozzle requires careful consideration of a number of different factors. Here are some tips to determine the right nozzle size:
  • The nozzle plays a crucial role in your cleaning process; nozzle size and spray angle determines the gallons per minute at different water pressures
  • To determine nozzle size, you need to know the GPM (gallons per minute) and PSI (pounds per square inch) recommended for the surface you’re cleaning
  • When your nozzle size increases, it reduces the PSI of your pressure washer without changing the flow
  • When you reduce the pressure of your washer with the unloader, you decrease both the PSI and the GPM; smart contractors reduce the PSI by increasing nozzle size, not by adjusting PSI
  • Zero degree nozzles concentrate all cleaning power into a very tight area, while 65 degree nozzles spread water to a wider area; typically, 40 degree nozzles are the most popular option because they provide strong cleaning power while still cleaning a large amount of surface space
  • Rotating nozzles are another popular option; rotating nozzles combine the power of a zero degree nozzle with the coverage of a wider-angle nozzle
  • When looking at nozzle labels, you’ll find that the standard nozzle size is a #4 orifice, which means the nozzle delivers 4 GPM at 4,000 PSI
  • Understand that PSI isn’t constant throughout the length of the spray; your nozzle’s PSI measurement is based on the PSI when the water leaves the nozzle – the further you are from your target, the lower your PSI will be

Tips for Renting Versus Buying a Pressure Washer

One of the biggest pressure washing questions is whether you should rent or buy a pressure washer. Which one is the right choice for you?
  • If you own a home, and you plan to pressure wash once or twice a year for the foreseeable future, then buying a pressure washer is a smart option (assuming you have the storage space for the pressure washer)
  • An average household pressure washer will cost between $350 and $600; if you want a professional model, then you can easily spend over $800
  • Meanwhile, renting a better, more professional washer for a single day will cost you about $75 to $100
  • You also need to factor in costs like maintenance and fuel
  • Avoid electric pressure washers; yes, they’re cheaper, but they rarely provide the power needed to clean a full-sized home, property, or vehicle; typical electric pressure washers operate at 2400 cleaning units (PSI x GPM), while even average-grade gas engine pressure washers clean at over 6,000 cleaning units
Ultimately, if you run the numbers, it’s in your best interest to buy a good pressure washer today. Avoid buying a cheap pressure washer, as you’re going to spend more time re-cleaning the same surface. You may also need to buy a new pressure washer 2 years down the road when your cheap washer breaks down. You also need to factor in the costs of running to and from the rental location. There’s another hidden benefit to owning a pressure washer – you can rent it to your neighbors to help offset the cost (everyone likes having a neighbor with a pressure washer). By following the tips above, you’ll be pressure washing surfaces like a professional in no time!

5 Secret Ways to Clean Windows Like a Professional

Article Updated on August 31st 2023

Cleaning windows is harder than it looks, but professional window cleaners make it look so easy.

What are their secrets? Today, we’re sharing some of the industry’s top-secret ways to clean windows like a professional.

Start with the Right Equipment

If you’re serious about window cleaning, then you need to invest in the right equipment. You can find this equipment at any hardware store:

  • Squeegee
  • Lint-Free Rags (or Microfiber Cloths)
  • Super-fine (000) Steel Wool
  • Natural Sponge
  • Strip Applicator

You rarely see professional cleaners using paper towels (or worse, old newspaper) to clean windows. Take a trip to the hardware store and buy the equipment above, and you’ll be able to enjoy clean windows for years.

Ultimately, the tools above should cost you between $20 and $40. That’s peanuts compared to what you would pay for a professional window cleaning. If you live in a home with lots of large windows, then investing $30 in window cleaning equipment today is a no-brainer.

Use Better Cleaning Solutions

Windex and other window cleaning products are adequate for dusty windows. However, if your windows have layers of grime caked over top, then you need something a little more intense. Fortunately, it’s easy to make your cleaning solution at home. Start with the following items:

  • Dishwashing Liquid
  • Glass Surface Protectant with a Clear Polymer Coating (Like 3 Star Barrier)
  • A Mild Abrasive Cleaner (Barkeeper’s Friend has been popular since, no joke, the 1880s)

You might think the next step involves mixing these formulas in special quantities and dosages – like making a secret potion. However, the next step is surprisingly simple. Just add a squirt of dishwashing liquid to a bucket of warm water. The fewer suds, the better your solution will work.

Meanwhile, the surface protectant and abrasive cleaner are used to tackle hard-to-clean stains.

Practice Proper Cleaning Techniques

Now comes the fun part. Typically, most people clean their windows using a squirt of Windex and a quick wipe-down with some paper towel. However, professional window cleaning is a little more labor-intensive. Here’s a quick step-by-step guide for your average home or business window:

Step 1) Wash with a Strip Applicator: Strip applicators have a long cloth head. This makes them ideal for larger windows. Dip your applicator into the dishwasher liquid/warm water combo. The applicator will soak up a large amount of soapy water, helping it knock dirt loose without scratching the glass.

Step 2) Wipe the Window Clean with your Squeegee: After step 1, your window should look like a soapy mess. The next step is to use your squeegee to wipe it clean. Start at the top left of your window and pull the squeegee over the pane in an S pattern (if you’re left-handed, start at the top right corner of the window). Once you’ve completed each “S” stroke, wipe the blade of the squeegee clean using your lint-free rag.

Step 3) Dry Remaining Drips: Use a damp rag to clean up any water remaining around the edges of your glass. Dry the windowsill with the rag as well. The dampness of the rag will prevent wet streaks.

Clean Multipane Windows Like a Pro

The steps above work best for standard, large windows. However, multipane windows can be a hassle. Up above, we told you to buy a natural sponge (although a synthetic sponge will work fine). This is where you’ll use your sponge.

Step 1) Dip the sponge in the same solution of liquid soap and water, rubbing each pane of the multipane window from left to right (or opposite, if you’re left-handed). Then, rub from top to bottom. Work the edges of the sponge into the corners of the window to loosen dirt.

Step 2) Use the squeegee to clean each pane. This is where you may need to get creative. Your panes may be too small for your squeegee. You could buy a smaller squeegee. Or, use a hacksaw to cut a smaller squeegee. Wipe the blade of the squeegee with a rag to prevent streaking.

How to Permanently Clean Those Pesky Stains

Windows can develop stains from moisture in the air, run-off from masonry, or other environmental hazards. Look for additional stains on your windows, then follow the steps below to remove difficult window stains:

Step 1) Wet the glass

Step 2) Clean it with fine (000) steel wool, or with a gentle abrasive like Barkeeper’s Friend (mix the powder into a paste, then rub away the stains)

Step 3) Rinse and squeegee the glass twice to remove the residue

Step 4) If you want to protect against stains as long as possible, apply the glass surface protectant we mentioned above, which adds a clear polymer coating; if you reapply after each cleaning, you’ll never see those pesky stains again.

One last tip: If your squeegee is squeaking a lot while removing the cleaning solution, try adding more soap to your water.

By following the tips above, you can clean windows like a professional with a budget of $30 and a few hours of elbow grease.

Top 4 Reasons to Choose Majestic for your Window Cleaning Needs

There are a lot of beautiful homes all over Long Island, from Dix Hills, to Melville, to Huntington. That, of course, means that there are also a lot of window cleaning companies out there! We like to think, however, that there’s only one correct choice. There are a whole host of reasons why Majestic Window Cleaning should be your go-to option for window cleaning services, but we’ve managed to boil them down to just four. Without further ado, here are the main reasons why you should choose Majestic for your window cleaning needs.
  • We’re smart in our approach

The days of a guy clambering up a ladder with a bucket and sponge are long gone. Here at Majestic, we got ahead of the curve a long time ago, and introduced our extremely smart ‘water-fed pole’ system. By utilizing this long pole, we rarely need to use ladders any more, making the whole window cleaning process safer for us and reducing the risk of damage to your property. Also, you should know that the water we use with the pole is 100% pure. Again, that makes it significantly safer for your windows, and means those streaky finishes that everyone hates are a thing of the past.
  • We’re experienced

Just talking about this makes us feel old… but we guess it’s a sign of our success! We’ve been in business for over 15 years now. That means that, when you hire Majestic Window Cleaning, you’re getting an absolute wealth of relevant experience. It also means that you can rest assured that you’re in extremely safe hands: we wouldn’t have made it this far if we didn’t consistently do a good job.
  • We’re versatile

This is one of the major things that separates us from our competition, whether it be in Dix Hills, Huntington, Melville or elsewhere. There are two main parts to our versatility. Firstly, our ‘water-fed pole’ system lends an unparalleled amount of flexibility to our work. It allows us to access even the hardest-to-reach windows, and still carry out a great cleaning job. Secondly, we’ve had experience in tackling all kinds of jobs over the years. As well as houses, we’re also highly comfortable with commercial window cleaning; we’ve done jobs at car dealerships, restaurants, banks, and more. Whatever your needs, we’re more than confident that we can meet them.
  • We’re trustworthy

Again, we wouldn’t have made it 15 years, operating in the same areas on Long Island, without building up a reputation for being trustworthy. We like to think that our track record speaks for itself, and you can see further evidence of it in our excellent testimonials, and a gallery of our past work. Still, we understand that it’s natural to be a little hesitant about trying out a new window cleaning company. Rest assured, however, that we are fully covered by insurance. We’re also happy to come around before we begin work to size up the task at hand, and offer a fully-explained quote based specifically on your needs. Add those four reasons together, and we think you end up with a pretty enticing result! If you agree, and you’d like to engage the services of the best window cleaning company around, then get in touch with Majestic Window Cleaning today. To do so you can message us online here, email us at mikemajestic66@gmail.com, or give us a good old-fashioned phone call on 631-421-2295.

Schedule Pressure Washing Services From Majestic

Article Updated on August 31st 2023

Like many of our friends and customers in areas like Huntington, Dix Hills, Melville and more, we feel truly blessed to be able to live and work in lovely Long Island. There are few places in the world we’d rather be.

We’re also fully aware, however, that living here does have one major drawback: the Long Island climate can take a significant toll on the exterior of our homes. This is particularly true for those who are lucky enough to live in coastal areas, as their houses are exposed even more to the rough elements.

In situations like this, it can often be the case that a regular exterior cleaning session doesn’t get the job done. To truly get your home looking back to its best – something which is particularly important to people in the summer months – you need something a bit more powerful. That’s where pressure washing comes in.

Our work takes us all around Long Island, and it’s fair to say that – whether it be in Melville, Dix Hills or Huntington – pressure washing is one of our most popular services. You can easily see why. Your home is your most valuable asset, after all, and pressure washing doesn’t just make the exterior look clean again; it’s also vitally important for the long-term health of your house. That’s because it helps to get rid of all those nasty things like mold and mildew which inevitably build up over time and, if left unchecked, can end up causing significant long-term damage.

Another reason for the popularity of our pressure washing service is that it’s so versatile. As well as the exterior of your home, we can also clean your driveways, footpaths and decking, helping them to look just as good as they did on the day they were installed.

While it may be tempting to save money by doing pressure washing yourself, the risks of DIY pressure washing may significantly outweigh the potential benefits. There are plenty of stories every year of homeowners who attempted to pressure wash their own homes, and ended up inadvertently harming their houses; or, even worse, themselves. In 2017, the Consumer Product Safety Commission reported 6,057 emergency room visits caused by pressure washing accidents – with 14% of casues requiring additional hospitalization.

With Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning, potential injuries don’t need to be a concern. We’ve been in business for over twenty years now, and our founder – Mike Weyer – built up plenty more experience with other companies in the Melville, Huntington and Dix Hills areas before that. When it comes to pressure washing, it’s fair to say that we know what we’re doing!

On top of that, we have an unshakeable belief in the importance of getting the job done right. That’s important both for our own professional satisfaction, and in the hope that if we do a good job for you, we can build a relationship that can last for years to come.

If you’re nervous about putting your house’s health in the hands of other people for the first time, we get it. We like to think, however, that our track record (as shown by our excellent testimonials) speaks for itself. If you’re still a little wary, please know that we are fully covered by insurance, ensuring peace of mind both for us, and for you.

Simply because of the conditions of where they’re situated, houses in Long Island need a little more care and attention than those elsewhere. Regular pressure washing is an amazing, effective way of ensuring the long-term health of your home’s exterior, as well as making it look as attractive as possible.

To get in touch with Majestic Windows & Exterior Cleaning today, and inquire about pressure washing, please call us on 631-421-2295, or email us at mikemajestic66@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can send us a message through our website’s contact form. We very much looking forward to hearing from you.

Here’s How Soft Washing Can Help Preserve Your Property

Purchasing a home is the greatest financial investment that many of us will ever make.  Because of the magnitude of the responsibility, taking deliberate care of the properties that we purchase should be a top priority.  Preventative maintenance techniques, like soft washing, are critical to the longevity and curb appeal of our homes.  But how do you know which company to choose or where to begin your search?

We can help!  Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning takes pride in delivering professional-grade exterior cleanings in Long Island.  We service Levittown, Bethpage and Melville offering reasonable local prices in a timely manner.

We realize that cleaning delicate surfaces like stucco and roof shingles on the exterior of your home can be a tough and tedious job.  Environmental hazards such as dirt, mold, mildew and pesky cobwebs, spiders and bugs can wreak havoc on your home.  Well, soft washing is the perfect way to keep your property looking just like new for years to come. Here are a few reasons you should consider soft washing your home:

  • Saves Energy

Not only is the buildup accumulating on your roof unsightly, it can affect your electric bill during the summer months.  The dark stains on your roof attract more sunlight causing heat to collect in your attic.  Because more air is needed to cool the property, the electric bill is higher.  Soft washing a roof will assist in reducing cooling costs in the summer months.

  • Disinfects Property

The soft washing process kills mold, mildew and algae at the molecular level due to Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning’s specialized cleaning agents.  This disinfects the structure allowing the property to stay clean for a longer period of time.  This is especially beneficial for those suffering from allergies.  It also keeps surfaces clean for children and pets.

  • Increases Property Value

Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning increases the curb appeal of properties by utilizing commercial soft washing equipment and a special mix of cleaning agents.  This process quickly and effectively kills algae, lichen, airborne dirt and dust to make a great first impression for your customers or guests.  This is especially useful when you are in the process of selling a property.  According to the National Association of Realtors, a soft washed structure will increase your property value by $10,000-$15,000.  What a great benefit for our clientele including the Levittown, Bethpage and Melville areas!

  • The Majestic Difference!

The professionals at Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning want to assist you in preserving your investment!  We believe that “service with a smile” is an essential part of business.  This is why we work hard to achieve 100% satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied, we return within 24 hours to re-clean the affected area free of charge!  We’re a local family owned business located in Huntington, New York.  We pride ourselves on providing quality workmanship because, to us, you are not customers but neighbors!  Contact us today so that we can assist you in meeting your property needs!

Get Those Levittown, Bethpage and Melville Decks Ready for Summer Fun!

Summer is here, and outdoor entertaining has begun!  From pool parties to cookouts to outdoor weddings to Fourth of July fun, summer is the perfect time to enjoy the warm weather with family and friends.   But what about the dirt and grime that has accumulated on your deck and pavers during the winter months?  Don’t worry, Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning has got you covered! Just like your home, your pavers and deck is constantly exposed to the outdoor elements.   Winter snow, thunderstorms and the beating sun can take a toll on the investments you made with your deck and pavers.  Over time, the response is for the deck and pavers to slowly start to decay.  Through proper maintenance, you can slow this process significantly. Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning’s trained technicians are local to Levittown, Bethpage, and Melville.  They are available to get your deck and pavers prepped for your special event.  While you plan your party, you can leave the exterior cleaning to us. Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning specializes in pressure washing and soft washing.  We will choose the option that best fits your needs.  This includes analyzing the area that needs to be cleaned and choosing the proper technique and cleaning agents to utilize.  We can determine the best course of action to have your surfaces disinfected and guest ready. Regular maintenance of your deck is extremely important.  Not only does it maintain the beautiful appearance from when the deck was first installed, but it removes mold and algae that discolors the surface.  Continuous neglect will weather the deck from exposure to the sun and harsh raining conditions.  This can cause the deck to warp, splinter, and crack.  This leaves your deck unsafe for children and pets to walk on.  Regular maintenance from Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning will breathe new life into your deck, cut down on the maintenance needed in the future, and keep your pets and loved ones safe. Our paver washing process is tailored to the needs of our customers.  All concrete is not the same because formulations differ between companies. The type of pavers that are needed for a walkway may be chemically different from a patio. Concrete pavers and the grout that connects the stones together can be very delicate. While some may require a soft wash because of delicate sand grout or sealants, others may require pressure washing.  During our consultation, we can find the solution that best meets your needs. Majestic Windows and Exterior Cleaning is famous for its pressure washing work in Long Island.  Servicing the Levittown, Bethpage, and Melville areas, we have over 15 years of industry experience in exceeding customers’ expectations.  We are reliable, working around your schedule to get the job done.  We are a local, family-owned company that provides world-class customer service to our clientele.  With year-round service, we can keep your property sparkling all 365 days!  Please contact us so that we can get started on getting your deck and pavers summer ready!

The clean water rinse removes the bacteria, mold, and algae completely, and give you a much cleaner result than high pressure washing.

The difference is simple – low pressure washing produces a cleaner clean than high pressure washing, and does less potential damage to your exterior, with superior results. In addition to your siding and exterior of your home, we will use our soft washing techniques to clean your driveways, sidewalks, and footpaths as well. If it is outside your home, Majestic Window and Exterior Cleaning can clean it. All of our products and tools are state of the art – the best in the industry. Our team of technicians are trained in the art of low power cleaning, and know exactly how to remove stubborn stains from hard to reach places, even areas that other companies couldn’t previously reach. While we’re taking care of your driveway and home exterior, let Majestic Window and Exterior Cleaners tackle your deck as well! Using the same low pressure washing principles, we will wash away the winter months of salt, leaves, mud, and anything else that has taken up residence on your deck while the snow fell.
